Senior Management Changes at QBE
Restructuring for future growth
WASHINGTON, March 10, 2014 — Quality Business Engineering, a leading management and technology consulting organization for the federal government and defense community, announced today they have implemented changes to their executive management structure. Effective immediately, Mr. Keith Lowry will assume the role as President of QBE. Mr. Lowry is one of the founders of QBE and has been with the company since its founding in 2008.
QBE has also announced the addition of Mr. Pete Candland to their leadership team as their new Executive Vice President. Mr. Candland will be responsible for the operations and financial management of the organization.

Mr. Candland arrives at QBE with more than 14 years experience in the telecommunications industry; he also brings extensive knowledge in international relations and financial analysis. As a former employee of NII, Holdings, Mr. Candland was instrumental in rolling out one of the largest cellular network deployments in Latin America. “His extensive experience working with foreign companies, devotion to process improvement, and unwavering integrity are just a few of the reasons we believe he is the perfect fit at QBE”, said Mr. Lowry.

Mr. Candland graduated from Brigham Young University in Marketing Communications and earned a master’s degree in business administration from Marymount University.
