All of our PMI-certified program managers rely on the Program Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) to guide them. Every project they manage is based on PMBOK’s five basic process groups, nine knowledge areas and 42 processes. With a minimum of ten years' experience in the field managing various size projects, our program managers meet the highest standards in the industry.
Skill-Building Program Management Office
QBE is committed to bringing higher standards to program management. That’s the reason why we established a Program Management Office (PMO). This unique institution defines, organizes and promotes the growth of program management within our organization at the corporate level. In addition to determining the requirements for training, the PMO is charged with measuring the progress of junior program managers and elevating their level of expertise.
